Richard toscano is a very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and quite professional lawyer. We were introduced to Mr. Toscano by a close friend. I was quite impressed by his knowledge and determination for the case.We found him when all hopes had vanished. My father was detained by ICE and the only thing ...I was told by the lawyers was that there is no hope and he will be deported. Mr. Toscano was the only lawyer who insured us that my dad can come out and with the help of God and Mr. Toscano’s hard work my father came back home.
