David Ventoso

My name is David Ventoso, and I am an attorney at the Law Offices of Rosemarie Arnold, where I focus on personal injury matters.

Before joining the firm, I served as a judicial law clerk in both Family Court and the Criminal Division, where I gained firsthand courtroom experience and developed a deep understanding of the judicial process from the inside out. That foundation allows me to anticipate challenges, think several moves ahead, and deliver results with confidence.

I graduated from New York Law School, where I earned first place in the school’s intramural negotiation competition, reflecting my commitment to persuasive advocacy and creative problem-solving. I received my undergraduate degree from Rutgers University, where I studied Sports Management—a background that continues to inform my competitive approach to litigation and negotiation.

In 2024, I was honored as one of the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in Civil Plaintiff Law.

When I’m not in court or the office, I enjoy traveling with my fiancée, exploring new cuisines, and staying active—mentally and physically.
