Christopher DiGirolamo represented me for an auto accident. It was a complicated case due to several factors, involving multiple doctors, procedures, surgical centers, and finally surgery and rehab. Chris was in regular contact with me and my husband, the insurance companies and my doctors. I always received a response if I called or emailed. All these are things I would expect from an attorney. What sets Chris apart, however, are attributes that go beyond the minimum required to "get the job done." His passion for his profession... It's apparent Chris has a love for the law and justice. Not once did he need to consult with someone else - his knowledge base is vast - and he knew the answer to any question we asked right away. At no time did I ever feel he was rushing through my case just to settle and move on. Chris sets very high standards for himself to be sure he is not just doing all he can, but going that extra mile. His dedication to his clients... If I needed to see him, even if it was not something regularly scheduled, he always made time to see me. If I had a question, Chris would always contact me quickly or be sure his paralegal got me the information I needed if he was unavailable. When I emailed him, he always emailed me back. He often stayed late at the office or came in on a Saturday to accommodate my work schedule. When I didn't understand something, Chris would review it with me in a different way until he was sure I was clear on the subject. He forged relationships with my doctors if he didn't have previous experience with them to be sure I was getting the care required. His compassion for what his clients are going through... I can't emphasize enough how important this characteristic was to me. Through most of the time my case took, I was upset, crying, feeling defeated. It was a scary time for both me and my husband. Whenever we met with Chris, he presented a positive attitude even if the news wasn't great that particular day. This was a huge comfort to me. Chris is not only professional and polite, he's personable, sympathetic and empathetic when that applied. He understands, and is a decent, caring person in a world where we hear lawyers advertising on TV how good, quick and efficient they are. I don't want that. I want someone who is going to take the time and effort my case needs, but you also get the "warm fuzzy" with Chris. In summary, Chris DiGirolamo ranks among the best of the best. Passionate, professional, dedicated and caring. He resolved my case in a manner that was more satisfying than expected. Thank attorney, you have given me hope, even though in these years my situation was not the best, I have received fair treatment, and I have never been in danger of leaving my family adrift, Marisol, her secretary I had always aware of my case, she was always my support also her words of encouragemen...t were always a plus during this time, in general their professionalism, humanity and perseverance there given me peace and hope for better days.We went to the court and I'll be receiving a weekly payment for several more years, when we'll go back to the judgement again, but with Mr. DiGirolamo as my Lawyer I feel very confident and Im sure my future don't be to dark and my family will no be alone, thanks to Mr. DiGirolamo.

I was in a bad motor vehicle accident on 8/01/14 and have permanent back problems and the accident cost me a career. From the very first time I met Chris he was attentive and sympathetic to my problems. Chris has always taken the time to focus on me when ever I needed him to. Chris did things with... my case I never dreamed possible. Chris and his staff went above and beyond to make me feel like a member of there family. The entire lawsuit was seamless and painless for me as all I had to do was go to his office for 2 hours for the deposition. Whenever he would tell me something he would also tell me what direction he was trying to go with it, what his next step was going to be, and then would ask if I felt comfortable with everything. At one point he had gotten me a settlement offer that was amazing. I couldnt believe we got that high of an offer. Even the other lawyers that originally declined me were in shock when they found out that we got a settlement offer for that high of an amount. We declined the offer and Chris got me WELL OVER triple that amount. Chris would keep up with my family and things that didnt pertain to the case and was genuinely interested in how things in my life were going. Not only do I call Chris my lawyer but I also call him my friend. I can not recommend Chris DiGirolamo enough. Chris did what no one else could or would even attempt. I am proud to be able to call Chris my lawyer and my friend because I know that if I ever need any legal assistance at all I have nothing to worry about because I have one of the best lawyers in the business.
