I was stuck with a no win case. I went to many lawyers and they all turned me away saying there was no chance I would ever win. The statute of limitations was almost up and I had basically given up and lost hope. Then I met Chris DiGirolamo. He and his team looked over my case and decided to take it.... I was in shock that after all of the lawyers I met with who told me I had NO chance of winning that I found the one lawyer who believed he could win it for me. Chris fought for me the entire way and went above and beyond for me. The lawyers we were fighting against basically laughed at us for even trying to sue and said we had no chance. Fast forward to now and they're no longer laughing because we won. Chris is the only lawyer who had the confidence to take my case and the skill and passion to back his confidence up. The entire lawsuit was seamless and painless for me as all I had to do was go to his office for 2 hours for the deposition. Chris kept me informed the entire way and not only did he keep me informed, he listened to me as well. Whenever he would tell me something he would also tell me what direction he was trying to go with it, what his next step was going to be, and then would ask if I felt comfortable with everything. At one point he had gotten me a settlement offer that was amazing. I couldnt believe we got that high of an offer. Even the other lawyers that originally declined me were in shock when they found out that we got a settlement offer for that high of an amount. We declined the offer and Chris got me WELL OVER triple that amount. Chris would keep up with my family and things that didnt pertain to the case and was genuinely interested in how things in my life were going. Not only do I call Chris my lawyer but I also call him my friend. I can not recommend Chris DiGirolamo enough. Chris did what no one else could or would even attempt. I am proud to be able to call Chris my lawyer and my friend because I know that if I ever need any legal assistance at all I have nothing to worry about because I have one of the best lawyers in the business.

Chris sat down with me and went over the case step by step. He was personable and professional. Everything I needed to do was spelled out clearly, and any coordination that needed to be done was expertly handled by Chris's staff. Any questions that I had were answered quickly, usually by Chris him...self. When my employer became uncooperative, Chris was on top of the situation for me, and protected my rights. Because of the complexity of my case, the legal proceedings dragged on. My only concern is that I wish I had received more feedback from Chris during that time. That being said, the outcome off the case was very positive and I am satisfied that I was compensated properly. I would without hesitation have Chris represent me in any future litigation.
