I got a ticket in Jersey City for passing a school bus, which comes with 5 points, fines, and possible community service. Mr. Cifrodello was able to make a deal for no points and paying a more than reasonable fine. Throughout the process his Office Manager, Ashley, was very responsive to any quest...ions and concerns. When my court appearance date arrived, Chris spoke to the prosecutor and made me a deal of 0 points, a fine, and no community service. He was very familiar with the court system, the judge, and prosecutors. The judge did not want to give me the deal Chris made but respected his professionalism and gave in. My son was stopped doing 109 without a license. He was looking at possible jail time and 12 points for three separate violations (speeding, reckless driving without a license). Having never had even a parking ticket I had no idea where to turn. I found Mr. Cifrodello in the mailings that arrived a...t my home and he seemed to be the most professional.
