    A Chapter 7 bankruptcy begins with the filing of a bankruptcy petition. The petition will contain a list of your assets, debts, income and expenses. The trustee, who is an attorney appointed by the Bankruptcy Court, will oversee your matter. He or she is looking for assets that can be sold with the proceeds going to pay back your creditors. Under the Bankruptcy Law, certain property is exempt meaning the trustee cannot take it from you.

I found Mr. Ginter through the Hyatt Legal Plan that my employer offers. He worked on a house purchase for our family, and he was the best lawyer you could ask for. He is very responsive through all means of communication and often responds to emails within 2 hours or less. He was very good at explaining a lot of the legal jargon that I was not familiar with so I could understand it better. Even through the COVID-19 pandemic, we were able to close on time without any hiccups. I highly recommend Benjamin Ginter!
