I was involved in a car accident. My vehicle was rear ended and totaled. After being sore and in pain for a couple of weeks. I was referred by my sister to just have a discussion with Dominick. He simply suggested that I go see a chiropractor and get checked out. He was very informative about the pro...cess and how PIP insurance works. After getting an MRI I found out that I had herniated discs in my back. Looks like what I thought was me being a little sore from the accident for a week or two was actually something more serious. Not too long after that, the pain really intensified and my back got worse. If it wasn’t for his suggestion, I would never have had it documented that I got this injury from the car accident. It got so bad that six months after the car accident I was forced to stop working and focus on rehabilitating. After physical therapy, steady visits to the chiropractor, trigger shot injections, and an epidural. I was able to return to work 14 months later. After three years of fighting for me. He successfully won the case and got me everything he could from the insurance company that belonged to the person that rear-ended me. The court said that my accident was worth a good amount of money. However, the person who hit me had low coverage. Dominic was successful in getting me the max he could get from that person. I was able to get roughly 25% of what the case was actually worth. After that, he was able to start a second lawsuit against my own insurance company to get the rest of the money. He was determined to take care of me and fight for me. No matter how long it took. I can’t thank him enough for all of his hard work. He was so honest and helpful. After 7 years the second case was successfully won and I was awarded the maximum amount. If it wasn’t for his dedication and hard work, I’m not sure that I would have been so lucky. My accident case had been going on for over 2 years and I had given up on getting any resolution because everytime I called I got the run around and believed the firm was unstable.
