Peter Cecinini is a life-long Hudson County native. Originally from the Jersey City Heights neighborhood, he attended PS 25 grammar school and became an Eagle Scout in Jersey City's own Troop 466. He graduated from St. Peter's Prep high school then Rutgers University for his Bachelor's degree.
Peter taught English at St. Peter's Prep before entering Rutgers Law School. From 2010-2014 Peter was Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Bayonne, representing the City in property taxation, civil litigation and municipal law matters.
Peter now exclusively represents private clients. His focus is in real estate and probate law, including closings, Chancery litigation, estate administration, property tax appeals, landlord-tenant and land use/zoning matters. He is an active member of the Hudson County Bar Association.

Peter filed my property tax appeal in Jersey City and saved me over a thousand bucks. I received flyers from a few different attorneys, mostly from outside of hudson county.
