Excellent Attorney

Dan Weiner is a professional and helpful attorney. He is knowledgeable, responsive, reliable, and effective. He has been our lawyer for several years (will preparation and real estate purchases and sales). Most recently, he handled the closing for our new home. The sellers needed to close within ...a tight time frame, and Dan was diligent about keeping everything on schedule. He was attentive to detail - from coordination with the mortgage company to taxes, insurance, title, etc. Whenever we were waiting for follow-up information, Dan conscientiously initiated calls and emails to keep the process moving. Additionally, Dan made sure the actual closing ran efficiently, while also explaining each step, page, and signature. We have complete confidence in Dan Weiner, based on his broad base of expertise and the way he seems to take our specific styles and needs into account. It is a pleasure to work with him.
