Who said you could not get a modification for a commercial property? Attorney Cayo got me one after the bank said no and essentially one the case on summary judgment but on a hell Mary argument, attorney Cayo challenged the bank on something and the judge agreed with him. 6 months later, the bank ca...lled him and wanted to negotiate. 6 months later on 12/31/12015, I signed my modification papers and the modification deal is so good that I can't think attorney Cayo enough.
