David A Scalzi

I met with David Scalzi in his very messy office. He was also dirty and a mess. Papers were strewn all over and he was very disorganized. He lost my file and told me to call him later in the week. When I called him, his voice mail was full or he never, never answered the phone. Once I finally sp...oke with him he was more interested in talking about own personal problems. He is truly a disaster and not very professional to say the least.

I only met with David Scalzi once to review a contract. His office, which is in a small house, is untidy, to put it mildly. He did review the contract and offer his professional, as well as common sense opinions. However, he took his sweet time reading it, interjecting what I assume he thought was ...humor and answered a few rather long phone calls, on my dime. He also spoke about some personal and I'd say uncomfortable information regarding himself and people close to him. I actually wrote on the back of the his card DURING the consult, "Note to Self: Do NOT Use in Future" and stuck it in my wallet. I can just say that while I have never seen him in action in the courtroom, I'm glad I never will!
