David has directly worked on patent cases for our organization for over 9 years. His knowledge of patent law and prosecution experience has been a valuable asset to growing our patent portfolio from a few licensed patents to a portfolio of over 650 patents and applications. David as our attorney through direct patent filings, complex patent license and assignment agreements and patent related due diligence activities associated with the acquisition of another business. In addition to US based prosecution, David facilitates worldwide prosecution of our portfolio by interfacing with a substantial number of international patent firms on our behalf.
