Steven Certilman was hired my my HOA in 2011 to replace what we thought was an overpriced and innefective counsel. It has proven to be one of the best decisions our Board has made. As a member of the Board and subsequently its President, I have always found Steve to be very responsive to any of my... querries and always honest in his assessment of how to handle the various problems that crop up in managing an HOA. He has always made himself availible to attend any of our meetings and played an instrumental role in helping our Board recoup a very large amount of money that was owed to us by a resident in arrears. Steve is always professional in how he handles things and we are a much stronger HOA having him work on our behalf. He is always honest and he provides us with superior counsel at a reasonable rate.
