Outstanding lawyer

Attorney Peter Dryer and his paralegal Kimberly Wood are simply amazing. From the moment my late husband and I met them we knew we were in the best of hands. Due to Covid our case lingered on for six years, well past the death of my husband. Peter kept me informed at every turn. He coached me ...through my incredibly difficult and emotional deposition. He was articulate and highly knowledgeable conducting countless depositions for our case. He is not just an amazing lawyer he is a kind, considerate man with a good dose of humor to boot. Kimberly was available to me any time of the day. Her responses were immediate if only to say she’d get back to me. I can’t imagine going through such a heart wrenching ordeal with any other legal team. The outcome of our case was outstanding.

Best Choice

We first contacted Peter when we started our medical malpractice journey almost five years ago shortly after the surgery accident happened. He and his paralegal assistant Kim expertly guided us through the long judicial process , handling not only the complex legal issues but all of the roller-coaste...r emotional ones as well. It became quite evident that we made a great lawyer choice when we witnessed all of the other lawyers during depositions. Peter was clearly head and shoulders above the rest - he was always well prepared, having completely researched all of the medical procedures and surgical tool nuances so that he knew exactly what questions to ask the witnesses. He always remained calm, courteous and professional when questioning them, and left no stone unturned. When we became frustrated with the slow process, which dragged on for years (partly due to being in the midst of Covid), he always listened patiently to our concerns, responded in a way we understood, and never pressured us one way or the other - decisions were always, in the end, left up to us (although he clearly gave us his own recommendations). He and Kim were "our team", and we knew we could always contact them if we had questions or issues. We are relieved that this chapter is behind us, and would certainly recommend Peter to anyone needing this type of assistance.

Professional, Compassionate, Honest and Hard Working. Made us feel like family.

Attorney Dreyer is not only an experienced, dedicated attorney but also an amazing human being. He and his assistant, Kimberly Wood, always treated my husband and I with compassion, understanding and respect. They worked tirelessly on my husband’s medical malpractice suit and avoided trial with a se...ttlement from the doctors and hospital involved. Attorney Dreyer left no stone unturned. He traveled for depositions, worked long hours without care of weekends and holidays. He even came to us, when my husband wasn’t able to go into the office. Both listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and showed an incredible amount of support for David and myself. His professionalism shone through during difficult stages with the opposing counsel. No matter what obstacles the defense tried to use as a roadblock, Attorney Dreyer met the challenges with confidence and honesty, never lowering himself to their petty obstructions. In the end, it was his expertise that allowed us to reach a settlement and avoid trial. I’d like to add, Attorney Dreyer was prepared for trial. He had every intention of going all the way to trial, if that was necessary. Never once, during this difficult time, did my husband and myself doubt this team’s abilities. If you decide you need professional, compassionate and extremely capable representation, look no further.

The best lawyer, the best team

There are few if any bright spots along the complex journey of pursuing wrongful death litigation. Our loss was unimaginable, the road long and seemingly endless, the outcomes uncertain. I have to say that Peter Dreyer and his assistant Kimberly have been with us over the past several years of this j...ourney— interrupted and extended by the pandemic. I cannot speak highly enough of their patience, compassion, and professionalism. In the end, we achieved what we set out to do and we owe it all to this fabulous legal team and their dedication and persistence.

Highly Recommended !

As with most individuals that find themselves needing the services of a malpractice litigation attorney, the journey can be stressful, emotional and sometimes unbearable. Peter and his assistant Kimberly extended and injected into the process the highest degree of compassion, professionalism and exp...ertise. The flow of information was consistent and Peter made himself available at any time during the term to field and answer any questions. In the end, Peter was able to get our case settled without going to trial which was a great sense of relief and closure to our family. If I could give Peter and Kimberly 10 stars...I would !
