From my initial contact with Lemberg Law, I knew I contacted the right law firm, truly PROFESSIONAL!!!! When I spoke to Tim Minor he informed me that I had the type of case that Lemberg Law would handle so, I hired them to handle the case. My attorney, Jody Burton and her paralegal, Olga are ...just FANTASTIC PEOPLE!!! TRULY OUTSTANDING. They were VERY COMPASSIONATE with the circumstances involved when I was being called by the robo caller. I learned that the company that was calling, called my cellphone over 300 times. I had requested them to STOP, but they continued. I had seen a segment on ABC World News and was shocked, they had a very similar story on involving robo calls and Lemberg Law was that client's attorney. I figured what do I have to lose. I contacted Lemberg Law, the next day. The calls STOPPED after contacting them, that in itself was a BLESSING. The calls that were made to my cellphone, clogged my voicemail, they would call multiple times a day and with doing that, cost me overtime pay and lose of wages. But with what I do for a living, it put my safety at risk. The calls came from all different area codes, some I recognized, so I would answer them, only to hear the recorded message. The other thing, every call they would make, I had to pay for, since I pay for all outgoing and incoming calls, texts, and voicemails. I can go on how the calls created a hardship for me, but I will end here and say the following: IN MY EYES LEMBERG LAW'S PERSONEL IS TOP NOTCH!!!!! I MEAN THAT VERY SINCERELY. IT WAS TRULY A PLEASURE TO MEET JODY BURTON PERSONNALY, I HOPE TO MEET THE WHOLE STAFF PERSONALLY SOME DAY TO THANK THEM!!!! AGAIN, TIM MINOR, OLGA, AND JODY BURTON WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH!!! I came across Lemberg's website while searching for debt collector that was doing non stop calling at home and at my job, despite requesting them not to. I called Lemberg to find out if they could get them to stop calling me. Jody Burton called me back and reported that she was in contact with them... and would get back to me. 3 days later, I get a call that, not only have they agreed to stop calling, they are dropping collection, paying Lemberg's legal fee, and I am receiving a monetary return as well.
