Chances are, your divorce will not bring out the best in either you or your spouse. Eric deftly navigated our the nastiness in my case, counseling me against filing motions that were sure to embarrass my spouse, were likely to prevail at a hearing but would certainly have increased my costs threefold.... Many lawyers are expert in the law; many too are expert at courtroom litigation bravado. Eric started there but proved his real worth with his discretion and judgment. Eric is aggressive, but never for its own sake. While my husband's attorney busied himself taking silly but expensive shots (e.g., unnecessarily hiring marshalls to serve papers that had already been provided / tacky verbal jabs during depositions), Eric gathered the facts and made cogent legal arguments. Because he played by the rules, the Guardian ad Litem, judges and mediator trusted him. I trusted him. Even my ex trusted him. It is not a stretch to say that given the personalities on the other side, our case would not have settled but for Eric's persistent professionalism.

Divorce can be a soul-destroying event in ones life. Mine most definitely was. I found myself thrown into a nightmare. My ex-husband and his attorneys acted heartless, questionable, and deplorable. Eric is as big a sham as his ads are. He covers years of corruption (see Greenan vs Greenan - “cash for kids” scandal from 2010) with a glitzy and expensive ad campaign that makes you work to see his real background. Eric covered up money in my case, leaving millions on the table and then dumping my ...case. He also failed to mention that he had worked for my husband in his previous divorce, again hiding money from me. If you hire him, you can be certain that any deal he makes will be the deal that benefits him and him alone.

He over charges for his services and office staff and partners overcharge and pad the bill. He then sued his clients after he recieved all the assets from the marital estate and was paid a sigificant sum. My Advice: I would look into the attorneys record and see the law suits they have file...d against their clients. At the end of the divorce he collaborated with my X Spouse attorney and tried to transfer funds to the other attorney that were not in keeping with the law . He is not trustworthy and does not work in your or your children's best interest.
