In nearly 40 years through various residential and commercial real estate transaction, I have frankly never experienced such dismissive, uncaring, and sloppy service from what was recommended to us as a "top firm" by a well know local realtor. Throughout the transaction (we were the seller), the off...ice rarely followed up in a timely fashion, and the closing docs drafted by RHSH resulted in the 1st lender on our property paying an additional quarter's worth of real estate taxes on the property to the Town of Ridgefield, which of course benefitted the buyer. During efforts to correct said mistake, largely caused by careless handling in Will's office, Will Harrison at best gave perfunctory, insufficient attention to the matter--to date, we're still out the additional quarter of property taxes, and Will even had to audacity to question why we are making such a big deal out of being out a significant sum. Truly exceptionally poor service!
