Passive, Unimaginative, Bills for irrelevant work
Simon Sumberg was hired to evict a tenant from my property. He ended up spending almost two hours talking to the tenant, which he was never asked, nor authorized to do and charged me for the time. We ran into some issues and he was passive and uncaring and only cared about getting paid.
