Abusive Experience

First started with Attorney Heisler with a traffic case. He said he would handle it, blew it off and so I got cited for non payment of fine. Attorney Heisler paid the fines but I got the record. He didn't charge me. Then he did my will, made himself executor telling me that that was best. Questionabl...e decision and he somehow Lost the will? Again no charges. Then he told me that he was handling a case and again he just blew it off until I found it out. By then he had started taking loans, which I felt compelled to grant as he had done work for free. Then bad checks started coming in, and then I discovered loaning your attorney money was against their code of ethics, which he had violated before and was sanctioned by the state for it. Attempts at getting finances straightened out and my will found became increasingly abusive. I have since left Attorney Heisler and wish I had known of his State record before I became involved.

Attorney Heisler is professional, trustworthy and compassionate. I highly recommend him...

I lost my house (where I live with four children) through a foreclosure process and was due for eviction by end of 2012 due to failure for not taking appropriate action by my former lawyer. I consulted with three other attorneys to postpone my eviction till I am financially able to find a home to mov...e out. Unfortunately, I was told by the three lawyers that there was no way to postpone eviction at all. Luckily, I was recommended by one lawyer on the phone to see attorney Abram J. Heisler after I was hopeless and helpless for sometimes. From my first day consultation in March 2013 till the present time I had two court appearance under the care of Attorney Abram J. Heisler. He personally went above and beyond what is expected to postpone my eviction from the house till the end of 2013. He enabled me to take care of my family and work for the last 8 months till I am able financially to find another house to move out. Attorney Heisler is professional, trustworthy and compassionate. I highly recommend him...
