In 2020 had a horrendous situation with a tenant who did not pay rent for months and took cover under the COVID restrictions placed on landlords. I lost 10 months of rent and was desperate to get him out. Hirsch, Levy & Fountain jumped on the case. They immediately sent the Marshall to deliver leg...al notices to the tenant. With their expertise in handling evictions, they got the job done within 2 months of my first contact.

Venoal helped me to get my non-paying tenants back in order. Tenants were late consistently and then missed a payment. I contacted HLF and we had a Notice to Quit served within 72 hours. From there Venoal represented me at the court proceedings and we got the tenants on a payment plan after adjust...ing the rent due date - and he even got negotiated into the court order the tenants were to pay me back the Attorney fees!. Fast Forward a few years and I had HLF again help me to end a tenancy due to tenants disturbing the "peaceful enjoyment" of their neighbors, and after multiple law enforcement visits to the residence for domestic issues. Outstanding experience with Venoal, and the next time I have an issue, he will be my first call!

I have been working with this firm since January of 2020. They handle all of the residential and commercial evictions for my company. The attorneys and office staff are great to work with. In addition, They have a great online system where you can submit your cases and attach documents. Communica...ting with them is very easy and they are prompt at returning phone call. My family and I have used Hirsch & Levy of Bridgeport for many evictions. I have had some of the worst experiences dealing with this poorly run & operated establishment. With the dozens of evictions that we hired Hirsch & Levy to do, they performed each eviction with a poor attitude and seemed to alw...ays advocate for the party being evicted. I remember my father saying "Sharon Levy is terrible, it is as if she was working for the tenant. She has such a bad attitude to us, the paying client". Sharon was terrible with every single eviction and ALWAYS wanted to do the least amount of work possible. Each eviction, we instructed Sharon Levy that we wanted the tenant to be physically removed from our property as soon as possible. She always claimed that having a 'Judgement' is better so that we can obtain some money from the judgement. NEVER did a tenant that we were evicting comply with the court order (judgement) and therefore we had the tenant(s) remain in our property(s) for several weeks/months, costing us thousands more in lost revenue. In 2015, I phoned and emailed Sharon Levy's office (Hirsch & Levy) and requested the documents for EVERY eviction that she had performed for us within the last six years. My new collections attorneys required these court documents to pursue legal action for the former tenants that owe us thousands of dollars. Sharon never followed up with a phone call nor did her office staff ever produce these court documents. Our last eviction with Hirsch & Levy went so poorly that she nor her office never produced a single court document, receipt, invoice, or anything of the sort. Once again, she refused to provide us (her client) with the necessary court documents so that we can pursue collections! We disputed the Hirsch & Levy's bill with our American Express Card and that motivated Sharon to call me; pathetic! As a result of Hirsch & Levy not providing me with ALL of the requested documents, we were unable to pursuit legal action with many of the evicted tenants (the statute of limitations had expired). We now are pursuing legal action against Hirsch & Levy. Sharon Levy's smug, condescending attitude is what truly astonishes me. Sharon truly is an arrogant, pompous woman who treated me and my family so poorly yet she never once recognized it; quite remarkable! Should you be in need of an eviction attorney, do not choose this firm. Better yet, as we learned, it is so easy to do an eviction on your own, I highly recommend it. Why pay a overpriced eviction attorney who treats the tenant better than their own clients.
