Venoal helped me to get my non-paying tenants back in order. Tenants were late consistently and then missed a payment. I contacted HLF and we had a Notice to Quit served within 72 hours. From there Venoal represented me at the court proceedings and we got the tenants on a payment plan after adjust...ing the rent due date - and he even got negotiated into the court order the tenants were to pay me back the Attorney fees!. Fast Forward a few years and I had HLF again help me to end a tenancy due to tenants disturbing the "peaceful enjoyment" of their neighbors, and after multiple law enforcement visits to the residence for domestic issues.
