Daniel Benjamin Brill

The founder of Brill Law Group, Dan Brill is an experienced litigator and trial attorney who focuses on personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Mr. Brill represents people who have been injured as a result of medical negligence as well as people who have been injured in car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck or tractor trailer accidents, trip / slip and fall accidents, workplace accidents, or as a result of dangerous and defective products. Mr. Brill treats every case as if it will go to trial. He is committed to aggressive advocacy, personal attention, and pro-active lawyering.

Mr. Brill was educated at Emory University and at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Mr. Brill is admitted to practice law in the States of Connecticut and New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.

Before founding Brill Law Group, Mr. Brill most recently worked for a well-known Stamford law firm and previously served as a Trial Attorney and Senior Counsel in the Tort Division of the New York City Law Department. He spent over five years representing the City of New York, its agencies, and employees in a variety of matters including complex civil rights claims and municipal liability claims. Mr. Brill conducted numerous jury trials in the Bronx on behalf of the City of New York.

Mr. Brill is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Fairfield County Bar Association, and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Brill is the co-chair of the FCBA's Law Practice Management / Solos & Small Firms Committee. Mr. Brill has authored numerous articles on trial tactics in CTLA’s Forum magazine
