We hired Steve as our real estate attorney when buying our new house. As first-time homebuyers we had plenty of questions and Steve was always willing and able to explain complex legal situations to us. Our real estate purchase was further complicated by an issue with the seller that fell outside Ste...ve's usual scope. The issue delayed closing by several months, but Steve did everything in his power to keep us up-to-date on the latest developments with the seller's case.
