James Kirwan Smith

James Smith was my lawyer from 2019 - September 2021. When he called me and told me that I was assigned a different lawyer to handle my case . I was deeply saddened. James Smith is a caring Attorney but a do it by the book which I liked . I don’t know the real circumstances concerning him not represe...nting me , But I feel left behind . He care about my injuries and the fact of me sustaining a blunt trauma to my brain which I could have died as well as my nose being broken into little fractures that I needed emergency surgery . He always returned my phone calls or replied to my texts in a timely manner due to the facts he had other clients . I see that he is still active practicing law , But why not finish with my case . I have 100% confidence in him concerning my case even if others spoken else wise . I was not looking for a cut throat Attorney that was by any means to win my case , But a sincere sympathetic Attorney that can present my case in Court to the Jurors in a honorable way but also show and present to to the Jurors the negligence of this Bus Driver and how he called his Superior Supervisor first before calling the Police which he never did . I know Jim as I call him would of did a great job and conquered my case . But I guess We would never know because he is no longer my Attorney and my moral support. I feel lost with this Attorney that was assigned to my case . I just don’t feel that connection, I guess because he is friends with the woman of the company I am about to sue and also referred to her as a nice lady . Ok …. But who is your client me or the nice lady the defense??? I’m through
