I represent businesses of all types and sizes, from startup, to those with revenues in the tens of millions of dollars.  I routinely form corporations and LLCs, prepare operating and shareholder agreements and contracts of all types. Recent transactions include repesenting the selling owners in a 100% ESOP transaction, representing the sellers in a $44.5 million dollar transaction, successfully optaining trademarks in the food, healthcare, software and lifestyle industries,  I have also been  involved in financing transactions involving multiple countries and multiple borrowers.

I advise clients on trademark and copyright issues and prepare and prosecute applications in both fields. I represent parties befoe the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.  I advise artists and estates on copyright issues and planning.

I serve as a director of several charitable organizations and well as act as an outside director and officer several companies.

I provide practical and timely advice to clients, whether I am in the office, at home or on a boat in Alaska.
