Smooth, easy home closing

Eugene worked with us on our home closing in 2020. He was patient, gracious, and professional. Any time we had questions, he spent as much time as we needed making sure we understood any given step in the process. When the sellers' attorney started dragging their feet, Eugene was quick to unstick eve...rything and keep the process moving forward. We felt like we had an advocate we could trust and couldn't be happier!

Attentive, patient and a great attorney

My husband and I found a home we fell in love with but a few red flags started to pop up after the contract was signed. We felt rushed into a contract that highly favored the seller, misinformation from real estate agents and the inspection came up with some large issues. Eugene was great in teaching... us all the in’s and out’s and how to proceed during the few weeks of the contract phase. We decided to not follow through with buying the house and used our inspection contingency to get out of the contract. Because of Eugene, we were able to navigate that correctly so we didn’t loose any excess money other than on inspections. We are excited to use him for our future home purchase because he and his staff made this process turn from extremely stressful to smooth and a less stressing situation.

Amazing!

Eugene was hands down the most caring and attentive lawyer I have ever had. He helped us through all the nitty gritty legal details of buying a house. He was super responsive and didn't nickel and dime like many attorneys do. He was on top of all moving pieces with the negotiations (and even advocat...ed for best interest finically). Eugene went above and beyond. I recommend him highly.

Top notch

I interviewed a couple of attorneys to handle our home purchase, but if I had interviewed 100, I couldn't have made a better choice. Open, knowledgeable, available, and always looking out for my interests, he made the experience smooth and as painless as possible. My highest recommendation.
