Ignorant of law
Attorney Lewis has no clue about the law. Presently, under Executive Order 12D, a notice to quit requires 30 days and evidence a landlord applied for help to UniteCT. He sent a notice to quit with only seven days notice and no UniteCT registration number. Obviously he is either not actually inform...

Waste of time
I made initial contact with this attorney last March. Had a call and an inperson discussion about my case and could literally never get an answer on the phone from anyone! I also felt a bit uncomfortable on some of the remarks that were made to my wife. Overall it was just a poor experience

i mean, come on
i am happy with soe of the service, but if you call for an answer for a question, 9-times out of10, you dont get a call until u call agn. its just a bit annoying. otherwise, when u do finally get an answer, evans is very thorough. so its good, but irritating, sorry just biz
