She was very helpful in getting assistance from the town during a local power emergency when the loc...al administration was not responsive to the need to restore power in light of a specific medical need in our household. Ms. Smith was very resourceful in getting access to the proper people in town government during non-business hours to have service restored. In this situation she acted on our behalf. This trust was well placed. Ms. Smith has also been helpful in dealing with a difficult neighbor. She has provided valuable advice to keep a situation from becoming out of control and avoiding litigation. Her understanding and explanation of state law and local regulations in the relationship with this neighbor has been very helpful as she was able to explain our options in this situation in an understandable and useable manner. This ability to describe the law helped us to craft an effective response without escalating the situation. She also provided very good practical advice. We definitely plan to use Ms. Smith’s services in other situations in the future.
