Non active in case for a $5,000 retainer.
This lawyer met with me in February, 2015, and promised to defend me against an employer. I signed a contract and paid her $5,000.00 as a retainer for her services. She cancelled meetings, did not show up for meetings her legal assistant booked, and then tried to pawn me off on her legal assistant....
