Dear Avvo, I would like to share my experience with one, Mr. Andrew Marcucci. I hired Ruane Attorneys last August after a disturbingly stressful traffic incident in Waterbury, CT. The police officer discriminated against me for being out of state, accused me of several acts that were not true, and... denied me the ability to explain my side of the story. He then wrote an excessive ticket with four points being assigned to my license. After a google search and three interviews, I decided to retain the services of Ruane Attorneys. I was impressed by his paralegal Jennifer Carty who was very thorough and did not cut me off when I spoke. She was sympathetic and her fees were quite reasonable. Although most of the interactions occurred with Ms. Carty, when it came down to the hearing Mr. Marcucci performed exceptionally well. He was a very good listener to me over the phone, allowing me to give him all of the facts without being cut-off. At the hearing, Mr. Marcucci successfully nolled the violation, retrieved the court notes, and wrote a letter explaining them so my car insurance premiums would not increase. I cannot say more positive things about my experience with both him and Ms. Cary, they are a wonderful team.
