I will not go into details of my case in which Mr. Giacomi basically stole 15,000.00 from me. by stole i mean I gave him a check and signed a contract and he became unavailable and did nothing on my case for 6 months at which time I began to pursue him thru the courts. Research lawyers before using. ...This one had a bad record which I did not find out about as others had not until too late. That is why I am writing this. To alert people to his dishonesty. He has taken others money in a very similar manner.

I hired this lawyer for a custody case. I paid a $2500 retainer. All communication was nothing but emails back and forth. No paperwork was ever filed with the court. My daughter's father was never served. Every time I went to the office I was given excuses as to why nothing was done on my case and th...at he was going to get to it soon. After several months of going back and forth he stopped returning calls and e-mails. I left several messages asking for my money back but never heard from him and every week I stopped in the office and he was never there. I missed my opportunity to file a complaint with the bar and in turn lost out on what was paid. Don't make my mistake. Find someone better. Good luck.
