Biography
I have represented the interests of injured workers and employees for more than 20 years. My goal is to provide sound legal advice and pursue your claim with an exuberence not delivered by other attorneys. What separates my representation and that of our firm from other firms is that we can honestly say that we specialize in the area of law for which you need representation - Workers' Compensation. We are Board Certified Workers' Compensation Specialists by the Connecticut Bar Association. We take pride in the fact that there are only appproximately 50 Specialists within the State of Connecticut that can hold themselves out as Board Certified by the Connecticut Bar Association.
This is what we do. We are glad to help.
Our goal is to make sure that you receive the medical treatment and the indemnity benefits you are entitled to by way of the responsible workers' compensation carrier. Understanding that these are difficult financial times, we work with our clients to make sure that our fees are not prohibitive. Our firm also engages in many charitable ventures both locally and nationally.
