Great Attorney - highly recommended

We had an unusual issue where we were a LP in a fund that turned out to be a Ponzi scheme. The receivership send out demand letters to claw back distributions from LPs. It was an issue I was not familiar with so I'm glad Mr Kindseth was there to walk me through the legality of the issue and what my o...ptions were. I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to engage his services again.
