As a lawyer for over 20 years I have found that I enjoy a more casual & personal approach to practicing family law. My policy is to try my best to settle a case so that the clients and not the courts have control of the outcome. My clients need to work together after their marriage is dissolved, whether to divide assets or raise their children, and thus need to end their marriage on as amicable terms as possible.
