With over 15 years of experience, my practice has always been exclusive to the area of Trusts and Estates, which includes estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, revocable and irrevocable trust planning, estate tax planning, post-mortem income and estate tax planning, advanced directives for incapacity and the preparation of gift tax, estate tax and income tax filings for individuals, estates and trusts.
I frequently appear in Connecticut Probate Courts while representing beneficiaries, executors, trustees, and conservators in both contested and uncontested matters. In addition to practicing in Connecticut, I am also licensed to practice in New York where I counsel Clients on estate planning and estate administration.
