My experience with the paralegal in the office has been great, I have always gotten a timely response. On the other hand, I have no problem with the lawyer. This has been my lawyer to go to. He has handled all my needs before closing. He is done to the earth and his Jennifer paralegal is always on to...p of things. She works with you.

This lawyer was recommended to me by my realtor. When I first was in contact he was the nicest, most informative type of person you could hope to work with. After signing the contract of agreement I have had very little contact and everytime I call wanting information I get a very bad attitude from... his paralegal and he has not returned one of my phone calls yet. This has been going on for weeks. Still have not closed on this house, and I have now contacted another attorney to try to get legal information from. This is among many other issues but overall worst customer service I have ever encountered. Which to me is crazy considering I have to pay for such bad service.
