It’s a miserable situation, to be drowning in debt. Constantly getting phone calls from creditors, never seeming to be able to catch up, it seemed like the harder I worked the deeper I’d go. I contacted the law office of Neil Crane with no prior knowledge of Mr. Crane or his track record. His office ...had the highest google review rating so I started there. I spoke with Mr Crane on the phone, and by the end of the conversation I knew that I was dealing with someone who had done this many times in his career and had seen many cases just like mine. The same elements were found in the staff from the front desk and down the line. Great people. I was doing really bad financially so it was a ironic situation to be in when it came down to the price for me to get filed. It costs a lot of money to tell your creditors that you don’t have any money. A word of advice when working with this office is to have at least 2-$3,000 dedicated to paying for your filing, that way you can pay off your fees and get your life back. It may sound like a lot of money, but compared to living with a ton of debt and worrying about losing your things daily, it was a small price to pay. Don’t treat this situation like you’re dealing with a creditor. I finally got filed on my second attempt because I couldn’t make the installment payments on my filing fees. Mr. Crane called me personally to let me know he was dropping me because a few months had went by without me giving any money. In a nutshell pay the money and they WILL do the job for you and to a VERY high standard.The overall time frame was about 3 months just like Mr. Crane had explained in our first meeting. The Law Office of Neil Crane did EXACTLY what they promised and for that I am grateful. I recommend them highly.

Going through a bankruptcy is an incredibly stressful situation. I cannot imaging going through one without the council of Neil and his team. While they are there to represent you they also support you every step of the way. Not only are they amazing attorneys, they are incredible people. Mr. Crane was hired to assist in some debt/bankruptcy issues. It was unfortunate that things did not turn our better and that he did not follow through. It may be because he is a very busy lawyer but when you pay for a service you expect, well, the services! We paid him to review our case and he fail...ed to follow through or help in anyway. He was very unprofessional and actually made me feel uncomfortable. It was a shame that we wasted time and money attempting to work with him. Sadly, he took the money and said, good luck. I do not think he was professional in the way that he approached our case and he didn't move forward with us or explain anything relating to the case, despite paying him. Do your homework before hiring this lawyer.

Attorney Crane and Attorney Heffernan gave me a new start. After my divorce in 2013, I was trying to support me and my son on one income and ended up in a tough situation. After spending many sleepless nights worried about approaching deadlines and payments I finally resolved to explore my options. Bankruptcy is that word that you use regarding other less fortunate folks, certainly not for people like me, we were raised to pay our debt and stand by our word. To say I... agonized does not do verbal justice to the torment of those nights. I shopped google for 5-star reviews and came upon Neil, Stu and their staff. My first impression was these are decent and honorable men. Their concern for doing right not just by me but even to include my creditors was clear from the start. They could protect my interests and my assets and more importantly my dignity. You walk in and the sea is stormy, and your ship is rocked, and you walk away, and the sea is stilled. Amazing really! God Bless them and Keep them. The only more difficult thing I have done is divorce and I never loved those lawyers. You can’t make this decision lightly, but if circumstances demand it, these are your guys. I could not offer a higher recommendation and the staff is excellent, friendly and caring. Mike
