AMAZING ATTORNEY

I got a DUI and completely freaked out about what could happen to me as a single mother with 3 children. I spoke to multiple attorneys prior to speaking with Dan Esposito and it seemed like there was no hope for me unless I paid a boat load of money upfront. I spoke with Dan and not only was he willi...ng to give me a set payment plan to make it more affordable he was willing to fight with the DMV about my license suspension (which every attorney before him claimed was a waste of time with no chance of winning). I hired him, he went up against the DMV with no hesitation and WON! No license suspension or breathalyzer in my car required (which saved me even more money). My case isn’t completely over yet because I still need to go to court, but the DMV and my license was the biggest concern because of work and my children. I’ll report back after court, but so far I am beyond satisfied with what he has done for me. I hope to never have to speak to him again because that would mean I didn’t learn from my first mistake, but I would DEFINITELY refer him to friends, family, and anyone else I run in to who needs legal aide. He’s the BEST!!!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
