Would recommend
Daniel helped make the process of my case fast and easy. He took care off all the things that were too complicated for me to understand and did so in my best interests. He also allowed me to make a payment plan without changing the price of his services (didn't charge me more for not being able to pay everything at once). All in all Mr. Esposito was a fantastic lawyer who truly helped me.

Daniel Esposito has helped me with several criminal cases and every single time I’m more than happy with the outcome. He just helped me these past couple months with a case in which I thought there was no hope of getting out of, but Daniel worked hard to achieve a favorable outcome. He is professional, specific, friendly, and pays attention to detail. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has a criminal case.

Very professional, attentive attorney
After the first call to Attorney Esposito's office, I promptly received a call-back (10 p.m. on a Friday). He was professional, proficient and attentive. After telling him my problem, he promised to call me back. Since it was the weekend, I wasn't expecting to hear from him until Monday, at the very earliest; however, I received a call the next morning and much to my surprise he had already done research on my problem and started a resolution procedure. It was a pleasure and a relief throughout the whole process.

$1000 down the drain Not worth it
Not worth it, please don't waste your money people. He will take down any bad review. Don't make your problems worse by communicating with this "lawyer". Not sure who taught him how to handle conflicts but meeting him just made my life 100 times harder.

I have no related correspondence from any active client. It is by suspicion that the review was provided by a non-client. My firm offers a robust resolution system for such complaints. Of the 300+ clients we have represented in 2021, none have expressed sentiments similar to this review. In the rare instances in which a client does express dissatisfaction, the matter is escalated and addressed immediately. I maintain a list of over 150 former clients who have agreed to vouch for my service, competency, and credibility with prospective clients.

Scam
Very confused where these positive reviews are coming from. He rushed through my case and handled everything in an extremely poor and apathetic manner. He acts nice and trustworthy but once you meet him in person or pay him fully, he stops caring about your case. He talks a big game but once he is in front of the judge, expect to be disappointed.
