Richard Lamere served as our attorney during our recent home sale in Hamden, CT. The process turned very interesting when our buyers informed us several hours before the closing that they (quote) "didn't have the money". This led to a tense afternoon, during which we had no idea if we would in fact b...e able to sell (and thus be able to buy on our schedule closing date for our new house, four days later). But he came through, dealing with the our buyers and their attorney in a way that made it clear that we weren't going to accept any last-minute maneuvers of this sort. The closing went through as scheduled, and a lot of the credit has to go to Richard and all the hard work he put in. Highly recommended.
