yeah I'm having the same issue with him. over 6 months now out the window for me. my ex wife kid napped my kid and moved him out of state and there's nothing this "attorney" Thomas wants to do but ignore me and stall my case. ridiculous ain't it, and I'm a veteran he's doing this to too, so he has... no limits. I'm wondering if you all filed a complaint. please let me know seeing i might be doing that soon.

I was under the impression that Mr Eisenmann was going to help me or at least respond to my emails after paying for a consultation with him. It has been over a month since I heard from him. In fact the last correspondence we had was him apologizing, saying he had a unexpectedly busy week and promisin...g to get back in touch with me Monday morning. I understand things happen but it's not hard to respond to an email (a simple "I'm not interested in taking the case" would've been fine) or even have an assistant say something.

Thomas Eisenmann consulted me into changing my court date so he can talk to the another lawyer for on the opposing side only to not return my phone calls. When Eisenmann answer phone on two occasions he stated that he would call me back, NEVER CALLED M BACK from January to March 2020! I had to canc...el my hearing for custody!
