Had Mr. Heiks for 2 criminal cases he told me to plead guilty to 2 Felonies he promised me no more than 2 yrs in prison joke was on me I took 8yrs suspended after 3yrs in prison with 4yrs of probation that looks like a total of 15yrs where did he come up with 2yrs every court date he would constantly... ask me for money after I handed him 4K cash. Complaining that he needed it but he strolls into court with Burberry suits and a custom Bretling watch he deserves to be banned from practing law he is unethical and not worth the money he won't see another dime of the 2k I owe him.
