Most Excellent Defense Attorney

Attorney Corey Heiks is an awesome defense attorney. He is a great litigator. He listens to the needs of his clients. Corey knows the law really well. He represented me in court numerous times. Corey was well prepared, efficient and punctual. He earned my trust and my respect. Upon meeting him,... I told him I was looking for the Johnnie Cochran of attorneys and he delivered. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal services.

The Best Defence Lawyer In Town

Four years ago I was arrest and appointed a court attorney or Public defender, needless to say that Public Defender was not adequate to up hold his duty. Three years went by with the public defender and nothing had happen with my cases. I met Mr. Heiks in January of 2019 because of my older brother w...ho was referred to him by one of his colleague. The week of when I met Mr. Heiks my public defender had advise of taking a deal that was not fair in anyway nor benefited my well being along with my future. Obliviously we did not take deal and sat down with Mr. Heiks that same week, Mr. Heiks had spoken to my brother before speaking with me himself so he knew the general layout of what was going on. But when I went to met him with my mother; I was able to engage with someone who did not look at me like if I was just a number on a file or just another case. I was able to connect with Mr. Heiks and at that moment he had given me something that I had not had in almost four years and that was hope. When meeting with him he was straight to the point at first honest and clear. It was something that I had not had, nor did I know because of the lack of effort made by the previous attorney. That first meeting was only suppose to be about twenty minutes to half hour, in reality it was actually almost five hours that had gone by, explain my situation to him and being able to connect with him on a personal level, when leaving his office that first time he gave me a hug and told me that everything is gonna be okay. So he was on my cases like a wolf looking for its pray, He put in his change of attorney paperwork and thus I had a real defense attorney, The P.D. was in shock when we showed up with him the first time a week after just speaking to him. That first court date Mr. Heiks went in and spoke to both the Judge and D.A. and came back with an different deal that was significantly lower than the previous attorney but that was not good enough, a few months of the back an forth going to court getting deals went by with but it was not until almost three months after meeting Mr. Heiks that we agreed that we were going to fight and go to trial. Now the trial aspect in my mind was a scary process but with Mr. Heiks he made it easy and calming. Mr. Heiks explains everything thoroughly and if you need to he will continue to explain until you understand and for kid my age to go through this experience for the first; it was really helpful because I had no idea what was going, but I knew with him by my side things were going to be okay. Now there were some ups and down with the process but Mr. Heiks made it as easy as possible. In November is when we started the jury process, now I was scared beyond belief but him and his legal team were the absolute best. His legal time can only be describe just as him a pack of wolves hungry to defeat whatever comes at them. And that's exactly how they worked together. Mr. Heiks and his legal team I had no more doubts that I had the man who was gonna help me the best and I sure did. We started the trial in the beginning of December and I had never been more scared in my life but knowing that I had him there and that he had not steered me wrong yet I had the confidence to fight and fight to the bitter end we were gonna do. He had help me accept whatever out come that was going to happen but with him I had come to accept all out comes because I knew that I had someone willing to help me fight and that is what I needed. The trial itself last five days the longest five days of my life, but Mr. Heiks was confident that we would prevail and that had eased my worries, Watching him work in the courtroom was like watching art being made, the man is a honest to god magician in the courtroom. But by the end of the trial I knew that this man had set out to do what he said, he never made any promises but he did give us his word that he would fight and that what he did was fight for me and family. He is to say the absolute best.

Neono of law

Corey heiks was my lawyer when facing 63yr and 9months for three cases which included domestic violence, drugs, and breaking a protective order with priors going to trial and what he didn’t stop short of a miracle if you believe in that but I walked away with 2yr cd. This is after I had to fire the s...o call best attorney firm in brideport not calling any names but he practices craft like neo in the matrix with his application and interpretation of the law. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who want to be free or needs help to straighten up a bad and good legal situations. P.s. he’s affordable and reasonable.

Slime ball (he doesn't deserve a star)

Had Mr. Heiks for 2 criminal cases he told me to plead guilty to 2 Felonies he promised me no more than 2 yrs in prison joke was on me I took 8yrs suspended after 3yrs in prison with 4yrs of probation that looks like a total of 15yrs where did he come up with 2yrs every court date he would constantly... ask me for money after I handed him 4K cash. Complaining that he needed it but he strolls into court with Burberry suits and a custom Bretling watch he deserves to be banned from practing law he is unethical and not worth the money he won't see another dime of the 2k I owe him. Save yourself your money and headache please.
