I obtained Miguel's service for post judgment collection of $67k. Though he was diligent in the process prior to the court date, some issues arose. First, he couldn't get a party served by the Sheriff for 90 days. It took my persistence to get this to happen. When it came to the judgment ...debtor hearing, Miguel went on vacation. So another attorney handled the hearing. "Notes" regarding my case were on file. However, not having first hand information to defend my case he couldnt come up with innovative ideas. The defendant never showed up and the judge never issued a bench warrant. A bench warrant should have been issued. Why the judge did that- I do not know. However, a better attorney would have fought it. It took 2 months for Miguel to give me this exact breakdown. Also, he avoided communication. I do not recommend him.
