The immigration lawyer you were looking for
Before we met Renee I had little hopes for my case. I had overstayed my visa for many years. We did a bit of a research on the area and found Renee online, her credentials is what made us contact her. However, after meeting with her we started to get hopes for our case, and trusted her. She is incredibly knowledgeable of immigration law, she was sensitive to our story and was able to help us get the green card. We just checked the USCIS website and it is approved and on the mail!

Exceptional immigration lawyer!!
I highly recommend Renee for all of your immigration needs! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, straightforward and honest. She helped my husband and me with a response to a “Notice of Intent to Deny” that we received in response to our I-130 application. She also helped us with a waiver application that was approved a month after it was filed and I received my permanent card a week after that. All that from April to November. Renee prepared the response to the NOID and waiver application extremely well and she knew exactly what was needed to be done at any moment. Also, it was great that everything could be done virtually online since we are more than an hour away from her office. Before we hired Renee, I did extensive research and I really had a great feeling about her. I have had experience with several immigration lawyers, and I only wish Renee was my lawyer from the beginning. Thanks Renee!

Put my mind at ease about wife's immigration case
I had a one hour consultation with Renee to discuss my wife's pending green card application which we filed last year without the aid of a lawyer. My wife's case had a minor complication and was taking a while for any action to be made by USCIS, so I was concerned. My wife and I discussed the situation with Renee, and she put our mind at ease by letting us know what we could do to prepare for government requests for evidence, and she laid out the ways she could help our case if we needed it. A few months later our case was approved, so we didn't have the opportunity to work with Renee beyond the one consultation.

Experienced, honest, straightforward
Throughout my immigration journey, I have had to deal with several different lawyers. I have thus become very particular about what to look for in selecting a lawyer for my naturalization application. After a very careful search and running names through multiple filters, I selected Renee because she came across as straightforward and honest. Most lawyers will try to alarm you as much as possible so that they can make a bigger deal out of your case in order to get fatter fees. Renee gave me a fixed price that was fair. And there were no surprises from that point on. She turned out to be just as professional and competent as I had expected her to be. Everything went through smoothly. She was responsive throughout. And she is clearly very seasoned -- meaning she has seen it all and appears confident and reliable. I endorse her wholeheartedly.

Excellent and Experienced Immigration Lawyer!
Attorney Redman assisted my husband and I in a complex removal case as well as immigrant visa and I-601 waiver applications. From the initial consultation it was clear she is an experienced attorney with an in-depth knowledge of immigration law who is open, honest and tells it like it is. She is extremely responsive and made us feel confident she would do whatever she could to help achieve a positive result. She provided support and guided us through the process and the situation played out as she explained. We are extremely grateful for everything Attorney Redman has done for us and highly recommend her.

Success!
Renee went above and beyond to help us successfully apply and obtain a forgiveness waiver and get my husbands status changed to permanent resident. I am so please with how thorough she was in helping us build our case and navigate the immigration process. Now I can breath knowing that the father of my child and husband will not be taken away from me through deportation. I fully recommend Renee; she really knows her stuff.

From start to finish Renee has been as helpful as anyone could think, throughout my whole process she was engaged and always on time with things. Renee is the type of lawyer that does her work not because it’s her job but because she’s passionate about what she does. The most helpful person I have met. Thank you Renee, I cannot thank you enough for what you’ve done for me and my family.

Change of status from non-immigrant work visa to Green Card
My husband and I hired Renee to help us with my change of status from a non-immigrant work visa to a green card. She helped us file all of the appropriate paperwork with USCIS, prepared us for our interview, and accompanied us to it. She was thorough and detailed, available to answer any and all questions, and was a great guide through a potentially complicated process. We're so thankful we chose to work with Renee!

Best lawyer !
I was looking for a new immigration lawyer since the last two I had seen wanted me to start my case all over again after waiting almost a decade with all my immigration proceeding. Renee looked over my case and took all the information she was given and gave me a timeline of how long everything would take. Her timeline was very accurate and I received my green card in 2021. I would highly recommended her to anyone with a difficult immigration case!

Immigrations after overstaying visa
We found Renee Redman through excellent comments about her skill as an immigration attorney. We followed her advise to a "T". Our application was approved and my husband's green card arrived 9 days after our interview. We highly recommend Renee.

Professional and knowledgeable
The immigration policy shift under current administration led to an unconventional denial for our I-485 application. A case that surprised many attorneys that we visited. We brought the complicated case to Renee, who immediately determined the issue and outlined a plan for our second filing. Renee helped us to prepare the application file, left no ambiguity, made sure every statement is crystal clear to the reader. Thanks to her effort, we did not receive any comments or questions regarding the past issues. Unfortunately, we still got a notice of intent to deny, for a common issue that USCIS likes to question. Just like last time, Renee knew how to handle it, hit all the correct key words in our statement. She also helped us to prepare the I-601 wavier, and a legal brief. In the end our application was approved. We highly recommend Renee as an attorney, who is extreme familiar with the immigration law and knows how to apply them to help your case. She is very particular when it comes down to preparing our case, led us every step the way, very confident. She is very clear with the do's and don'ts, prep you for the good and bad. Her experience will definitely save you a lot of time, effort, and headache.

The ABSOLUTE Best!!!
I was going through the process of adjusting my status and I hit a snarl filling out the Affidavit of Support. After discussing my situation with a relative, I was advised to get an attorney. I came on this site and after examining the different attorneys, I decided on Renee because of her excellent credentials. Renee is FIRMLY in your corner as your attorney. She does her best for you. She is experienced and knowledgeable and what I love best about her, is her prompt response to your emails and phone calls. I am so grateful to this woman for all her help, guidance and assistance. I just checked the Case Tracker app and my case was approved today...I cannot explain the feeling of relief... Thank you Renee.

Renee was absolutely amazing. She was not only quick to respond to us, but she was honest, compassionate, and went the extra mile. She made my husband and I feel safe and comfortable knowing she would do everything correctly and timely for us. She assisted my husband in responding to his request for evidence for citizenship. We both would highly recommend her for any immigration process one might need. It’s always best to hire a lawyer and we wish we hired her sooner! Thanks again, Renee!!!!!

Renee Redman - The best Immigration Attorney!
After wasting a lot of money and too many years on another attorney only to have a disastrous end result, we found Renee Redman. In our first meeting we realized that Renee doesn’t hold back, and tells it like it is. It is evident that she knows immigration law inside and out. We liked her style and felt confident that she would do everything possible for a good ending. Dealing with the USCIS is a huge challenge and only a tenacious and knowledgeable attorney, who knows the law and cares about her clients as passionately as Renee does, is going to win a difficult case with them. As a client, she easily gains your respect, and at the same time you know she cares about you and your situation and wants to do everything possible to make it all work out. Her fees are fair and she works very hard for her clients. She expects your cooperation, so that she can do the best possible job for you. After a few ups and downs, and with her fighting by our side, the drama is finally over. Yesterday the Approval Notice announced “Welcome to the United States of America,” we feel that without Renee this would never have happened. Our stress and worry, has melted away and we can now move forward with our hopes, plans, and dreams. It is with the greatest sincerity that we recommend Attorney Renee Redman, New Haven, CT as the best Immigration Attorney.

"Attorney Redmond exemplifies the very best attributes of an active attorney and displays a level of professionalism, confidence and skill we should all aspire to. Honesty, dedication and a love of the law, which means. giving back to others who lack our understanding of the law and a benefit from our inherent desire to provide solutions to problems. The thousands years of combined legal experience of professionals activity participating in this forum represent some of the very best of our profession, which is after all, at its base is desire to help those in need. This Attorney’s experience and knowledge, I believe, demonstrates that there is a desire to provide accurate advice and obtain appropriate results for clients. Most importantly, this Attorney is willing to help complete strangers (as is the case in this forum) with their legal problems for which we collectively provide useful information, thereby demystifying the legal process as much as possible. I would recommend this"
