Knowledgeable, tough, on target

Atty Ainsworth helped us in a difficult case when no one else would tackle it. He was knowledgeable, tough but reasonable, and his advice was consistently on target. We would highly recommend him.

Marginal counsel, experts used not great

Mr. Ainsworth appeared to know what he was doing as I assume all lawyers do to the lay person. Mr. Ainsworth was gung-ho about his damages estimates yet the legal theory he told me was sound had nothing to do with our case. The judge had scolded him for making implausible arguments and non-sensical... theory to the court. It was not good, there was plenty of embarrassment to go around, including for his hired expert witness. Please do your homework there are many many attorneys in CT. Of course no lawyer will ever accept responsibility for their negligence and they will always pad their bill expecting that their client will be arguing it when time comes to settle up, he is no different. Beware.

Top Rate Environmental Representation

Attorney Ainsworth has represented and worked with my organization on a number of occasions on plaintiffs (citizens) side environmental law issues. He is always knowledgeable and well prepared. His advice has always proven right and he has achieved excellent results in courts and administrative proce...edings. I,and many others, consider him the go-to lawyer for environmental and land use matters in Connecticut and the New Haven area.

Higly Recommended!

Mr. Ainsworth took our case promptly and was up to speed on all its issues- environmental, political, and legislative, without delay. He was knowledgeable and extremely responsive, often answering emails within minutes and with a humor which helped defuse a difficult situation. He proved adept at ...speaking with media and testifying on our behalf in front of local and state legislators. His realism about what remedies the law could provide helped guide us in our deliberations. We highly recommend him.

Attorney Keith Ainsworth

I am a board member for a Condominium Association. Our property values and safety were being challenged by a multi - national corporation that wanted to install a tank farm to store 530,000 gallons of propane directly adjacent to our property. We hired Attorney Ainsworth to represent us with zoning b...oard process with the intention of blocking approval of the project. Throughout the process Mr. Ainsworth provided insight, guidance as well as representation at the official meetings. We ultimately won our case and blocked the project. I recommend Attorney Ainsworth to anyone who needs legal advise and assistance.
