Alison H. Weinstein

Alison H. Weinstein practices in the areas of Construction Law & Design Professionals Liability.  She represents construction design professionals, owners and contractors in construction disputes and professional liability claims and litigation.  She handles all aspects of litigation, including motion practice, depositions and appearing before state courts.  Attorney Weinstein works closely with clients to develop and implement litigation strategies, including providing liability analysis, claim evaluations, damages assessments, recommendations and trial preparation. She also represents clients in mediations and private arbitrations.
