Matt handled the closing on our house this past September. He was incredibly thorough, timely and had great advice on some of the stickier issues with the buyers. Since the closing, we have also used Matt to draft our will. We had some very specific concerns with certain aspects of our will, especial...ly potential custody arrangements and custodianship. Matt answered all of our questions and helped us feel more comfortable with making tough decisions. Matt provided us with wonderful personalized service. We had a very difficult situation with elderly parents and complex estate questions. He gave us lots of his time without even charging us and never hesitated to answer our questions. He was really flexible with his appointments and we couldn't... be happier. When we were done dealing with my parents' issue we decided to use him for our own estate planning.

I don't know what this other user is referencing, as I have used Attorney Jalowiec for many legal issues, most recently estate planning matters. He was extremely attentive including traveling to the residence of a handicapped relative. What lawyer makes house calls these days? Attorney Jalowiec do...es. His compassion and attention to detail were incredible. I would have him handle any matter for me with confidence.

Unfortunately Attorney Jalowiec disappointed me for several reasons. First, he did not show up for his appointment and did not call to cancel. Second, after finally meeting with him he copied my files and stated that will take care of my matter “right away”, however I waited 2 weeks from our initial ...consultation and then started to call him but he never was available to speak with me. Third, he never responded to my calls until after 1 month I told his partner who always answer the phone that he either calls me back or I will no longer need his service, since he can keep me inform. In response I got an email from him, that his partner informed him that I want to discharge him. He never bother to call me to even inform me if he wrote the letter to the company who I had a matter with. The entire month went by, he never even attempt to help me. SHAME on YOU Attorney Jalowiec. Will not recommend ever!!!You were never available, working couple hours per week will not satisfy your clients. Think twice before your hire Attorney Jalowiec. Wish him well, however he need to improve his work ethic!!!!!!
