Roopa Modha

Attorney Roopa Modha, Esq. is a multi-talented individual who has managed to achieve success in a variety of disciplines: from law, media, and science, to fashion, dance, andmusic.

She is a bar-qualified attorney based in Connecticut in the United States of America.  She received her Doctorate in Jurisprudence (JD) from University of Connecticut: School of Law (UConn Law) in May 2014.  Additionally, she received certificates in “Intellectual Property Law” and “Tax Law.”  She also successfully completed a summer Entertainment Law program in London, England as part of the Donald E. Biederman Entertainment and Media Law Institute in 2011 at the University College London (UCL).

Attorney Modha also has a B.S. Honors in “Health: Science, Society, and Policy” from Brandeis University, A.S. Honors in “Computer Information Systems: Programming,” and a web design certificate. Additionally, Attorney Modha has extensive experience in media, journalism, and fashion.

She has always excelled academically and has received several honors for her work (seehere) – the most prestigious of which was being selected as one of the CWEALF’s women leaders to watch for the next 40 years.  The award recognizes women leaders who have the ability to positively affect change in the world.
