Joseph Brian Larocco

Mr. LaRocco's focus is business law and he has years of experience with commercial contracts, business structuring and formation, as well as service agreements. licensing and distribution agreements, terms and conditions, and privacy policies.

Mr. LaRocco has drafted numerous operating agreements, joint venture agreements, founders' agreements, partnership agreements and  for businesses in the healthcare, technology, SaaS, financial services, retail, CBD, online ordering, and merchant services industries.

He has experience working with entrepreneurs, startups, and more seasoned companies. He has not only acted as general counsel to companies, but has also been on the board of directors of several and been a business advisor and strategist.
